Since our establishment in 2012 we have successfully undertaken many projects such as quality audits, Customer service development, Project and Contract management and operational, mentoring to SME companies across the United Kingdom.

Andrew Pugh QCVS - Managing Director…

Andrew has been involved with the education, management and hospitality both in the UK and on the continent since 1991; he is a dedicated professional who prides himself on delivering excellence.  He has a specific interest in the education of young people whether in a school, college or work based learning environment taking the time and effort to invest knowledge in the future of our great country.

Articulate and professional he has worked with many schools, training providers and colleges to provide quality both to the providers, Employers and the students along the learning journey.  Andrew is a governor of a local community college and has worked tirelessly to help improve systems and procedures within the governing body.

He is currently the Mayor of his home town of March in Cambridgeshire and is a keen supporter of all locality issues. His background as a military Chef for 14 years included working in the head house of Buckingham Palace for three years and then a further eighteen month in the USA gave the base of his knowledge in this subject area.  Promotion then opened another door into training and management which Andrew was a trainer for caterers and also then trained to assess and verify the catering qualifications of military staff.

He finished his career in the forces as a senior warrant officer in 2001 and then worked with a private provider delivering a range of qualifications from levels 1 to 4 most of which were in the universities and colleges of Cambridge.
